"You literally were just rude to me on the phone before you responded to this review telling me that you will only help me get my receipts if i take down my review. You said that if i dont take it down you will not help me. I was a customer as you confirmed over the phone with me and im glad i am no longer one. Your staff and yourself are rude. Pic is proof i was a customer. I will not take this down as you asked several times without even trying to help me before asking. Also that is not a real phone number to customer service"

"This agent is very unprofessional. I had a couple of very unfavorable experiences with this office and decided to go elsewhere for insurance. I cancelled both my homeowners policy and auto. The agent failed to cancel my monthly draft when he cancelled the policy. The response that I received was "my bad". Now I have been waiting for a month to receive a refund check, that has supposedly been mailed twice."
